Does BargainMax offer free delivery?
Yes, orders worth £19.99 or more include free delivery (to the UK mainland) as standard, saving you on additional fees. Orders that fall under £19.99 but are worth more than £14.98 will incur a fee of £1.99. If your order is worth less than £14.99, this fee rises to £2.99.
How long will my order take to arrive?
BargainMax standard delivery will take 2 - 4 working days to arrive (or an additional day if you order on a weekend or after 1pm on a Friday). If you want to receive your items faster, you can pay a little extra to have your item delivered the next working day - this will cost £2.99 when you spend £14.99 or more, or £3.99 for any order worth less).
Can I return items to BargainMax?
If you aren't 100% happy with your item, so long as it is unused, unopened and reaches BargainMax in a resaleable condition, you can get a refund. You'll need to send your item back within 30 days of making your purchase at your own cost. Make sure to contact BargainMax to let them know you are initiating a return.
