Does Homebase have a click & collect service?
Yes, Homebase offers a free click & collect option which is called 'delivery to store'. In general, your order will be ready for collection within 1 hour, so you won't have long to wait. Once your order is ready to be collected, you'll receive an email.
If you aren't sure where your nearest store is, check the 'Store Locator' page.
Can I change or cancel my Homebase order?
Once your order has been placed with Homebase, you won’t be able to change it so you’ll have to go through the return process. If you want to cancel an order, you can do so by refusing delivery or going through the return process.
What’s the Homebase returns policy?
If you'd like to return your Homebase order, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of receipt. It must be returned unused and in good condition, in its original packaging and with the receipt or order confirmation. You can return your order at a Homebase store, by collection or by sending it back. Head to the Homebase website or in store to start a return. A full refund will be issued once Homebase has received your item.
Will Homebase install my order?
Homebase offers multiple installation options available. You’ll need to contact your local store or speak to a consultant to organise bathroom, worktop, kitchen and garden shed installations. How we source our codes
Here at T3, we have an experienced team of deal experts, commercial colleagues, and savings editors dedicated to bringing you the best discount codes and money-saving news.
Our dedicated team of deal experts consistently source the web and hand-test the latest discount codes, updating our pages with the best discount codes for tech, home, luxury gifts and more.
Alongside this, our commercial colleagues maintain strong relationships with the biggest brands in the business. Their key experience with vouchers helps them to negotiate the best discount code exclusives.
On our pages, you’ll find researched and updated savings advice for your tech, home, fitness, and gifting purchases. Our team of editors have multiple years of experience within the vouchers industry and is always searching for ways to save. You’ll see their money-saving hints, tips, and fact-verified FAQs on our retailer pages.
What if my promo code doesn’t work?
Our team work hard to ensure any incorrect promo codes or expired sales are not included on our pages. To do this, we check a few things, including:
Test the code and check if they are valid ourselves.
Check we don’t have unique, one-use codes.
Looking at the offer conditions to make sure you have all the information.
However, there are times when details change or codes may expire without us knowing. If this happens, be sure to contact us by emailing vouchers.t3@futurenet.com so we know.
How do we make money?
It’s free for shoppers to use the discount codes we have above. We’ll get a small percentage of the money spent as a commission from the retailer you shop at. As with most businesses, we need to make money although this will never impact your price. The brand gives us a small share of the profit for connecting you to them. This helps us to keep sourcing discount codes whilst you make a saving.
Simply put: the retailer makes a sale, we get a commission, and you get a discount.
