Like many smart online shoppers, we’re all about the deals: show us a full price ticket and we’re out of there faster than you can say “how much?”. Our focus on getting the most bang for our online bucks has saved us an absolute fortune over the years, and the latest deal to catch our eye is a Very good one indeed.
You might not associate Very with electrical appliances, but when the brand is Hoover and the deal is up to £150 off – not to mention up to 30% off a whole host of other appliances and some special deals for new customers too – we’re sure Very will have your full attention. It’s currently offering some really good deals on a whole bunch of kitchen kit.
Hoover is of course famous for its vacuum cleaners, but it also makes some really tasty kitchen appliances too – such as enormous American-style fridge freezers. Very is currently offering a whopping £250 off Hoover’s spacious 70cm model (reduced from £1,079.99 to £829.99) and an even more whopping £310 off the cavernous 170cm models in black or stainless steel. The price of those range-topper has dropped from £1,139.99 to £829.99.
There are huge savings on washing machines too: Hoover’s Dynamic Extreme with a massive 13kg capacity and a similarly massive 8kg drying capacity has dropped from £769.99 to £699.99, while the Dynamic Extreme washing machine with One-Fi Wi-Fi technology is currently available with £130 off, taking the price from £729.99 to £599.99.
There’s another great deal on the 9kg/6kg Washer Dryer with One Touch, which is down £160 to just £389.99 – a big saving on the previous £549.99. You’ll find similarly good deals across the Hoover washing machine and drying range, so for example the best-selling Dynamic Next 10kg washing machine is down from £419.99 to £299.99. That’s a saving of £120. The 9kg model in white is cheaper still: it used to be £379.99, and it’s now just £259.99.
It’s amazing how many things Hoover makes, from the simplest under-counter larder fridge (down from £199.99 to £169.99) and slimline dishwasher (was £319.99, now just £269.99) to processor controlled, Wi-Fi compatible washing machines that are probably smarter than we are. Take the top-end Dynamic Extreme, catchily named the WDWFT4138AHB: it has intelligent sensors to weight the load and adjust its settings for best washing and environmental performance, All In One technology that means you can wash all kinds of colours together without ending up with a pink shirt or grey pants, A rated energy performance in both washing and spinning and Wi-Fi and NFC so you can control it from anywhere and know when it’s done. Not only that, but it transforms into a car!
Okay, it doesn’t transform into a car. But with £70 off (it was £769.99 and now it’s £699.99) you’ll save enough to buy a Transformers 16-inch kids’ bike and still have £1 left over (and yes, the bike’s on special offer at Very too).
Very isn’t just offering big savings on Hoover hardware such as washing machines, cooker hoods and gargantuan fridges. It’s also slashed the cost of service guarantees too. On any Hoover appliance costing more than £299, the cost of total peace of mind is just 99p for two years. That sounds like a Very good deal to us.
