Download the My HUAWEI app
There are two ways to do this.
1. If your phone’s AppGallery is set to automatically update apps over Wi-Fi, the My HUAWEI app should have already downloaded and replaced the old Support app.
2. If you prefer manual updates, go into the AppGallery, search for My HUAWEI and tap on the Update button.

Once you’re in, you can enter from the homepage activity banner. Take a moment to look through the activity rules.
This game is all about sharing and unboxing. Specifically, you should share your challenge link with as many friends as possible – up to 50 in each phase of the competition1. The more you invite, the better your unboxing progress will be…
In the Unboxing Challenge, you can unbox a maximum of 10 boxes1 in each period. Each unbox gives you the chance to win fantastic Huawei prizes.
As you add friends you will gain unboxing chances.
Before the end of each phase of Carnival, check and claim your unboxing prizes. The Carnival doesn’t end there, however. A new phase will begin and you’ll have the chance to win bigger prizes.
There are also sideline challenges you can take part in to win more prizes. These include the 7-day check-in, 100 community energies1,, NEXT-IMAGE Challenge, Lucky Draw and Community Puzzle Challenge.
