The Best Workplaces™ In Tech 2021 list is shaped predominantly by employees themselves. Workers are invited to complete a confidential survey about their experience and the levels of trust and engagement within their organisation. The results are then collated and count towards the overall assessment and ranking.

This year's ranking includes 98 organisations; the highest number of companies to be recognised in the ranking since it launched four years ago. To keep things simple, the list is broken down by company size. In the Super Large category, corporate and private IT infrastructure provider Softcat plc takes the number 1 spot for 2021. Topping the Large category is ServiceNow, the company behind a cloud computing platform focused on digital workflow management. Global IT and Communications provider Natilik wins out in the Medium company list. Finally, UK-based sports and esports platform Recast Sports Ltd is 2021's top Small tech company.
