Huge 77in LG OLED TV gets a major price crash – and it's a 2024 model

You can read a million lists of the best TVs on the market right now, and you'll find a slightly different order and winner on each of them, but if you had a gun to my head and made me guess one TV that was on more of them than any other, I'd opt for the LG OLED C4.

It's a simply superb panel that brings the latest in LG's OLED tech to the table, making for brighter images than ever before, along with those trademark inky OLED blacks. The TV's pointer-style remote and its user experience are best-in-class, as usual, and it's the sort of TV that should tide most people over for years and years. It's also not vanishingly expensive, although the present Black Friday sales are really helping on that front.

If you're looking for a fantastic new TV, now's the perfect time to be shopping around, and Best Buy has obliged with a brilliant reduction on the LG C4 to tide people over until the day of Black Friday itself. Given this is the one TV that we think the most people would love to own, it's a brilliant chance to make some savings.

It's possible that you might think a 77-inch TV is a little on the big side, and you wouldn't be making too controversial an argument, if so. Happily for you, Best Buy has similar discounts on all of the sizes of the C4, although I do think that 77-inch deal represents the best saving.

LG LG OLED C4 55-inch: was $1,499.99 now $1,199.99 at Best Buy

If you prefer a smaller TV (as if 55 inches is small), then this looks like a perfect alternative, and at just $1200 it's a heck of a deal for one of the best TVs you could possible buy right now.

Those who want perfection, of course, might find in their research that LG reserves the very best of its display tech for its "G" lineup of true flagship TVs, and that's true. Still, these panels are hugely expensive, making the "C" range a better choice for almost everyone.

If you do want an LG OLED G4, though, there are Black Friday deals on those too. You'll get about a third off most sizes of the TV through Amazon right now, which makes it far more reasonably price – but still at a premium compared to the superb C4.
