Will Hersey is a writer and editor who has written for Esquire for over 15 years, as well as The Times, Departures, UltraTravel and more. He’s been playing golf for over 30 years with decidedly mixed results. His favourite moments include completing 18 holes in a hurricane on the Old Course at St Andrews, playing in the Pro-Am at Crans Montana and being an inch from an ace at one of the world's most scenic par 3s, the 7th at Pebble Beach.
